New pub in Birmingham is just the ticket! - Sunday 10th June 2018
Pub goers wishing to enjoy the delights of hostelries in Birmingham city centre have a new addition
to visit. The Head of Steam in Temple Street has opened its doors, offering a huge range of beers,
with ten hand pumps serving real ales, several craft taps and an extensive selection of bottles and
cans from all over the world. You won’t go hungry either, with a full and exciting menu to enjoy.
Speaking about the new bar announcement, Grant Dexter, Regional Operations Manager at
Cameron’s Brewery said: “We are really excited to bring The Head Of Steam to Birmingham as it’s a
vibrant city with brilliant nightlife and a developing craft beer scene which has proven very popular in
other cities across the UK.
“Our aim is to create a welcoming atmosphere for all, including dogs. This has been a big success
across the Midlands locations so far, with our four-legged friends becoming regulars. We will serve
hearty signature food with a contemporary twist and beer pairings, offering cask ales, specialist craft
beers and cocktails alongside. You don’t need to be an ale aficionado to enjoy the offering, with our
trained beer sommeliers on hand to answer any questions and offer recommendations.”
The pub is also the venue for Beer Britain Day, taking place this Friday 15 th at 7pm, when drinkers are
encouraged to raise a glass to our national drink and say “Cheers to the beer!”
